Action items and progress to date ….

Action Item 1:  Compile information and data on current use, times of operation and user constituencies.

Action Item 2: Create graphical statistics of space evaluation for easy comprehension by diverse constituencies.

Where we are and what we’re doing:

  • Created spread sheet that includes all 7A/7B spaces, utilization and other critical space information.  For example program, program or dept. affiliation, access, room type, air conditioning, etc.
  • In the process of color coding building diagrams by floor to indicate program/dept. affiliation or current ownership.  For example SPAS, NTID, Etc.
  • We are also working on square footage imprint for each school within CAD, room condition reports, etc.
